What You'll Do

• Check in: Store shoes, purchase entry (¥550) and optional sauna add-on (+¥450); rent towels if needed
• Wash & warm up: Shower seated at the wash stations (soap/shampoo available); hydrate
• Soak: Carbonated Bath: Fine bubbles in soft water ease muscle tension and jet lag
• Cool Down: Cold Bath: A quick plunge to refresh circulation
• Optional Sauna Cycle: Far-infrared dry sauna, cool rinse, brief rest. Repeat as time allows
• Finish: Rinse, dry, moisturize; coin laundry on site if needed
